BioMEMS/NEMS
In our lab, we are using MnM technology (MEMS, Nanotechnology, and Microfluidics) along with various microscopy techniques to determine mechanical and electrical signatures of cells under controlled microenvironments. One of our major aims is to recognize physical differences between normal and abnormal cells and to develop biomedical microdevices that can isolate, enrich, and identify cells according to their disease stage.
